Nordic Capital currently has a large number of high-quality institutional investors committed to its funds, many of which have invested in multiple Nordic Capital funds.

Investors include public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, endowments and family offices, and other institutional investors.

Approximately 80% of Nordic Capital's investor capital comes from investors outside of the Nordic countries.

Active funds are domiciled in Jersey and are advised by Nordic Capital’s advisory teams based in in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Frankfurt, London and New York.

In April 2018, Nordic Capital’s 2008 vintage fund, Fund VII completed the transfer of its remaining nine unlisted portfolio companies to a continuation vehicle, Nordic Capital CV1.
