Cary Group Holding AB (publ), a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement provider that prolongs the life cycle of vehicles and maintains the safety features, today announces its intention to launch an initial public offering of its shares and to list its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Offering is expected to consist of both new shares issued by Cary Group and existing shares in the Company offered by the Principal Shareholder and Rydgruppen Sverige AB.
