Nordic Capital’s Operations Advisory Team has during the spring hosted and participated in several notable events across Europe, showcasing its commitment to these objectives.
The Operations Advisory Team at Nordic Capital is essential in driving value creation across the portfolio. Comprising over 20 dedicated professionals, the team collaborates closely with Nordic Capital’s portfolio companies to implement best practices, optimise performance, and achieve strategic goals.

This summit gathered Chief Information Officers from the Nordic Capital portfolio to engage in enriching discussions centred around data and cutting-edge topics such as AI implementation, exit readiness strategies, and collaborative knowledge sharing.
Annual Commercial Excellence Summit
Copenhagen, May 13-14
The Commercial Excellence Summit brought together sales and marketing leaders from Nordic Capital's portfolio companies for a full-day conference in Copenhagen. The event featured discussions on key topics, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), sales management best practices, leveraging data, digital growth strategies, and AI in commercial effectiveness. A total of 80 participants attended, including 52 senior managers from 27 portfolio companies and external speakers and advisors.
NCPO Summit Madrid
May 29-30
The annual NCPO Summit brought together CFOs, Chief Procurement/Supply Chain Officers, and COOs from across Nordic Capital's portfolio companies to discuss value-creation initiatives. This year, the event occurred in Madrid at the AWS Iberia HQ. The summit focused on the implications of the current macroeconomic environment, cost optimisation, key procurement trends, driving sustainability across supply chains, and AI. Some of the keynote speakers at the event were Anders Borg, former Swedish Minister of Finance, and Elin Ljung, Head of Communication & Sustainability at Nordic Capital Advisors.
Tech and Data Summit
Paris, May 29-31
This event, hosted by Google in Paris, brought together Chief Product Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and data leaders from 28 portfolio companies, with 74 participants in attendance. The summit featured presentations and workshops with leading technology, product management, data, and AI experts, providing a valuable platform for networking, sharing insights, and learning best practices.
