Changes in the organization of NC Advisory GmbH

DECEMBER 21 2012

Sönke Bästlein will change his role to industrial advisor to the Nordic Capital Funds and resign as partner and head of NC Advisory GmbH.

Sönke joined Nordic Capital in 2008 and was instrumental in establishing the firm's German office, where the team is now well integrated into the organisation. The German market is important for Nordic Capital for primary platform investments and in particular as a source of add-on acquisitions.

Day-to-day leadership in the German office will be assumed by Joakim Lundvall, who will relocate to Frankfurt. Joakim Lundvall joined NC Advisory AB in 2012 with extensive private equity experience, including experience from the German private equity market.
