Arjan has been an independent director since 2019.  He sits on the board of directors of Nordic Capital Cooperation Group S.A.  Based in Luxembourg for over 20 years, Arjan is actively involved on boards covering real estate, private equity and debt.  Prior to pursuing an independent career, he held the position of Managing Director - Finance of Hines’ operations in Luxembourg where he had overall responsibility for management of the finance (accounting and treasury) and administration (IT, HR and Facilities) functions of Hines.  Arjan also provided strategic investment advice and decision-making capabilities related to the investment activities of Hines Luxembourg.  Before joining Hines, he spent 16 years at Anglo American, in London and Luxembourg.  Arjan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales having qualified with Ernst & Young in London
