David has acted as an independent non-executive director to a number of European private equity, venture capital and other alternative fund structures since 2007. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, holds a MSc. in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University and has in excess of 30 years experience in the finance industry in Jersey and the UK. David sits on the board of directors of the General Partner of Nordic Capital CV1, the continuation vehicle for Nordic Capital’s Fund VII.
