Jamie joined Nordic Capital’s Jersey office in July 2018. Having qualified as a lawyer with CMS Cameron McKenna, he is now based in the Luxembourg office and leads on Deal Executions within Nordic Capital’s Fund Operations. Jamie previously worked in the Corporate department of Carey Olsen, a leading offshore law firm, where he acted for a number of private equity clients on M&A transactions. Jamie holds an LL.B. (Hons) and PgDip from the University of Aberdeen.
