Johann joined Nordic Capital in November 2024. He is based in Luxembourg supporting the Deal Execution function. Prior to joining Nordic Capital, he was a counsel in the Private Equity and M&A department of CMS Luxembourg. Johann worked for 9 years as a lawyer in Luxembourg and was registered with the Luxembourg bar association (List I). He previously spent 6 months as a legal secondee at Nordic Capital. Johann holds a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy - France).
