Joined in November 2024. Kate joined Nordic Capital from The LEGO Group, where she served as Director, COO Strategy Partner, supporting the Operations Leadership Team as strategy lead since 2022. Kate holds a dual Master's in Business Administration and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
