Marie-Anne van den Berg has been active in the financial sector in Luxembourg for more than 30 years, predominantly working in Senior roles and as CEO for German banks covering both the business side as well as the operational units of these banks. Since 1st January 2017 she is acting as an Independent Director; she holds various mandates in CSSF regulated banks, Investment Fund Managers and funds as well as in unregulated structures in Luxembourg. Marie-Anne is a Certified IDP at INSEAD and a Certified ILA Director.

Marie-Anne sits on the Board of Nordic Capital Management S.à r.l., the Luxembourg AIFM of Nordic Capital Group as well as Nordic Capital Cooperation Group S.A.
