Joined in August 2012. Mikael focuses on the IT/Tech Strategy Advisor role in the Operations team supporting deal teams and portfolio companies with IT/Tech Due Diligence, Value Creation Plans and Strategic Partnerships.

Mikael comes from a position as interim CIO/CTO Management consultant from 2003-2012. Mikael transformed the tech department of a global PE owned company and several software development companies in telecom, gaming, music, analytics and financial services industry. Prior to this, Mikael worked 5 years as Development Manager for Microsoft & Jeeves and 10 years as Software Architect/Developer at Saab & Ericsson.

Over the years, Mikael has lead, coached and trained more than 20 organisations in software development best practice resulting in higher productivity & quality.

Mikael has a technical education in electronics from Nils Ericson School in Trollhättan, Sweden from 1987.
