• In 2022, Sortera expanded internationally with the acquisition of UK-based O’Donovan Waste Disposal Ltd and strengthened its soil decontamination market in Sweden by acquiring RGS Nordic’s Swedish operations.
• In 2023, Sortera acquired GBN Services Ltd, one of the largest independent companies for construction waste management in Central and North London, marking its second acquisition in the UK market in one year.
